OK romantasy fans! Get your TBR list ready because 2026 is going to be another BIG year for new romantasy books and Iโve got them all here for you. Below, Iโm sharing my most anticipated new romantasy releases dropping in 2026 that you absolutely should put on your must-read list.
While this list has one glaring omission (we wonโt have book four for the Empyrian/Fourth Wing series by Rebecca Yarros โ boo!), there are many more to get your romantasy fix this coming year. As of this publication we don’t know much about The Tempest Blade by Danielle Jensen or Burn of the Everflame by Penn Cole but hopefully you’ll see those in 2026!
This list has a number of books without covers or summaries revealed yet as of this initial posting, but I just had to include them so be sure to check back for updates and visit my upcoming releases page for the latest new romantasy releases as they get announced throughout the year.
