Brutal Vows
by J.T. Geissinger
Reyna won’t allow her innocent niece to suffer the same way she did. So if the arrogant Irish mobster her brother sold her niece to thinks she’s going to play nice over their arranged marriage contract, he should think again.
Spider is supposed to marry sweet, beautiful Lili. So why can’t he stop thinking about her swamp witch of an aunt? Reyna who hates him. Reyna who challenges him.
Nothing good can come of what he’s feeling for a woman who’s not the one in the wedding contract he signed. A woman he wants so much, he’ll have to burn the whole world down to get. If she doesn’t end him first.
Geissinger’s entire Queens and Monsters series is full of steamy romance novels but this one was off the charts hot.
Spider is one hot alpha and Reyna is no wallflower, so whenever these two are in the same room the sparks fly.
I loved their witty banter but loved their confessions to one another even more. You won’t be disappointed with this steamy read! My Review of Brutal Vows.
The Rivals
by Vi Keeland
The Lockwood and the Sterling families have been feuding for years, and that hasn’t changed now that they are co-owners of a luxury hotel.
Weston Lockwood has never failed to push all of Sophia Sterling’s buttons and get under her skin. The trouble is, every time they fight, she somehow winds up under HIM.
Weston earned the distinction as the best dirty talker in my book list of best romance books of 2020 as it was well deserved!
There’s nothing like a great, enemies to lovers book to turn up the steam factor.
I loved the intense chemistry between Weston and Sophia that was present from their first page, but it was Weston’s whispered dirty talk that earns this book as one of the best steamy romance novels worth reading! My Review of The Rivals.
American Royalty
by Tracey Livesay
Rapper Danielle “Duchess” Nelson is on the verge of signing a deal that’ll make her one of the richest women in hip hop. But an incident with a rising pop star has gone viral, unfairly putting her deal in jeopardy.
A brilliant professor and reclusive royal, Prince Jameson, prefers life out of the spotlight. But with the Queen’s children involved in one scandal after another, she puts Jameson in charge of a tribute concert in her late husband’s honor.
Out of his depth, he takes the advice of a student and signs “Duchess” for the gig who’s anxious for the good publicity.
Too late, Jameson discovers the American rapper is popular, raunchy and not what the Queen wanted, although he’s having an entirely different reaction.
Thrown together, they give in to the attraction flaring between them. But as the glare of the limelight intensifies and outside forces try to interfere, will the Prince and Duchess be a fairy tale romance for the ages or a disaster of palatial proportions?
What do you get when you mix a confident rapper and a reclusive royal? Two smokin’ hot weeks!
I loved Dani and Jameson together because they just fit and boy were they on fire together. Livesay surprised me that this was such a steamy romance novel but I loved it! My Review of American Royalty.
Beautiful Bastard
by Christina Lauren
Bennett has returned to Chicago from France to take a vital role in his family’s massive media business. He never expected that the assistant who’d been helping him from abroad was the gorgeous, innocently provocative–completely infuriating–creature he now has to see every day.
Despite the rumors, he’s never been one for a workplace hookup. But Chloe’s so tempting he’s willing to bend the rules–or outright smash them–if it means he can have her. All over the office.
As their appetites for one another increase to a breaking point, Bennett and Chloe must decide exactly what they’re willing to lose in order to win each other.
This steamy romance novel is just the first in the Beautiful series which is full of steamy reads and it’s one of the best.
It’s the perfect forbidden, office romance between assistant and boss that will have you wondering what they’re going to do next.
Never has an encounter in an office stairwell been so thoroughly HOT!
Want Me
by Neve Wilder
Living with four other guys, it’s bound to happen. Every guy’s been caught taking care of business at least once, right? It shouldn’t be a big deal.
I’ve been happily subsisting on the typical frat guy diet of booze and sorority girls. But the way Eric looked at me that night? There was something there. Something that’s got me curious.
Something that’s making me think I’m not as straight as I thought I was.
I can’t get him off of my mind. I don’t think I want to. So, when he offers to help me study for a midterm, I take him up on it. It’s innocent. Probably. Maybe.
Wilder became a favorite author of mine after reading this book! It’s one of the hottest MM romance books I’ve ever read and then some.
Eric and Nate explore each other and then some in this steamy romance novel which made my list of best erotic romance novels.
If you’re in the mood for something extremely hot, give this one a try and then check out the entire series of college hunks. My Review of Want Me.
Act Your Age, Eve Brown
by Talia Hibbert
Eve Brown is a certified hot mess. No matter how hard she strives to do right, things always seem to go wrong. Case in point when she accidentally hits the owner of the bed and breakfast with her car, breaking his arm.
Jacob may have turned her down for the head chef position during her interview, but with him laid up and understaffed Eve is everywhere he turns trying to help.
Eve’s chaotic nature is the complete opposite to Jacob’s need to control everything, so why is he starting to get used to her being around and liking it?
I loved everything about this romance book which is why it was one of my most favorite books of 2021.
What totally surprised me though was how steamy it got!
Eve and Jacob are total opposites and yet they fit each other perfectly. When they finally take their chemistry to the bedroom, it was ON.
If you want a steamy romance novel with the best characters, best love story, and overall amazing read, pick this one up! My Review of Act Your Age Eve Brown.
Count Your Lucky Stars
by Alexandria Bellefleur
Margot Cooper doesn’t do relationships. But when she comes face-to-face with Olivia Grant—her childhood friend, her first love, her first… well, everything, she’s not so sure about that stance.
Olivia must be hallucinating. Never in a million years did the wedding planner expect her important new client’s Best Woman would be the one that got away.
When a series of unfortunate events leaves Olivia without a place to stay, Margot offers up her spare room.
As they spend time in close quarters, Margot starts to question her no-strings stance. But will history repeat itself or should she count her lucky stars that she gets a second chance with her first love?
I love Bellefleur’s writing and she did not disappoint with this second chance, friends to lovers story.
I totally wasn’t expecting it to be so HOT but OMG was it ever. Plus, the scene that involved an oops moment between a cat and a found vibrator had me hollowing with laughter.
This was another one of those steamy romance novels that took me by surprise, and I loved every minute of it. My Review of Count Your Lucky Stars.
Perfection
by R.L. Mathewson
Zoe is used to taking care of herself and has long ago accepted that if anything bad was going to happen, it was going to happen to her.
So when she loses her job her life starts going downhill from there she doesn’t expect it to get any better.
She certainly didn’t expect any help from the loud jerk next door, or the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that he offers her through an arrangement where they both benefit and no one is supposed to get hurt.
Like most Bradfords, Trevor has a soft spot for food, but that’s about all. He wants the perfect woman and knows exactly what she’ll be like.
So when he discovers much to his horror that he’s thinking about his frumpy little neighbor he decides the best way to get his head straight is by working her out of his system. He’ll keep her around, but only until he finds perfection.
This steamy romance novel is just as full of humor as it is of steamy moments. You’ll soon forgive Trevor for his body-shaming comments like Zoe does because he realizes how much he’s fallen for her.
I love when arrangements to scratch an itch blossom into more and this was one, well…perfection!
Electric Idol
by Katee Robert
Psyche knew she’d have to face Aphrodite’s ire eventually, but she never expected her literal heart to be at stake…or for Aphrodite’s gorgeous son to be the one ordered to strike the blow.
Eros has no problem getting his hands dirty. But when it comes time to take out his latest target, he can’t do it.
Confused by his reaction to Psyche, he does the only thing he can think of to keep her safe: he marries her. As they try to find a way out of their mess, lines blur and loyalties shift and two hearts are at risk.
Talk about scorching chemistry between Eros and Psyche! This book was ELECTRIC!
Seriously, a book about Eros, Psyche and Aphrodite should definitely bring the heat and boy did this ever.
Psyche and Eros may have married to save her life, but that didn’t stop them from falling for each other despite the dangers from Eros’ mother or their hearts.
This steamy romance novel is a must-read and one of the best marriage of convenience books. I can’t recommend it enough. My Review of Electric Idol.
Exposed
by Kristen Callihan
Rye, the bassist for the biggest rock band in the world, and Brenna, his publicist are like oil and water. But everything changes when he overhears something he shouldn’t: a confession made in a moment of weakness.
Now the man Brenna’s tried so hard to ignore is offering her the greatest temptation of all—him.
Of course, I’d expect a romance book featuring a rock star to be one steamy romance novel and it sure was.
Rye is a bassist so he knows how to use his hands to create amazing music AND to give Brenna the release she’s so desperate for.
These frenemies had the best connection given their long history as colleagues which totally translated into their chemistry in the bedroom.
Rye was my favorite book boyfriend of 2021 with this book becoming one of my favorite romance books of all time. A must read.
Him
by Sarina Bowen and Elle Kennedy
Jamie Canning has never been able to figure out how he lost his closest friend. So what if things got a little weird four years ago on the last night of hockey camp the summer they were eighteen?
Ryan Wesley’s biggest regret is coaxing his very straight friend into a bet that pushed the boundaries of their relationship.
Now, with their college teams set to face off at the national championship, he’ll finally get a chance to apologize. But all it takes is one look at his longtime crush, and the ache is stronger than ever.
When Wesley turns up to coach alongside Jamie for one more hot summer at camp, Jamie has a few things to discover about his old friend… and a big one to learn about himself.
This is one of my all-time favorite MM romance books that is one steamy romance novel but just an overall, great friends to lovers story.
I loved how Ryan is trying to manage the feelings he’s always had for his best friend while Jamie is exploring his own feelings that he didn’t know he had.
The steamy factor is high given their exploration of each other and the forbidden nature of it as they keep their new relationship a secret at the camp where they are working. Plus, if you’re a fan of hockey romance books it’s one you can’t miss.
Flock
by Kate Stewart
Cecelia grew up sick. She believed in romantic love and looked for a worthy man to give her heart to.
But it was the year she had to spend in Triple Falls to earn her inheritance from her absent father that she truly learned the price of her sickness.
OMG this book! Once you start the Ravenhood series you’ll never be the same and will need to commiserate with every other reader in Stewart’s reader recovery Facebook group.
I can’t give away too much as to why this is one of the steamy romance novels you can’t miss but just trust me and read it.
It’s a book (and series) that I will be re-reading and re-reading for quite some time. My Review of Flock.
Before Jamaica Lane
by Samantha Young
Olivia may be outgoing but she’s painfully insecure around guys—especially the postgrad she’s interested in, but she’s finally ready to go after what she wants.
Nate Sawyer is a gorgeous player who never commits, but when Olivia turns to him with her relationship woes, he offers to instruct her in the art of flirting and to help her become more confident.
I’m a sucker for relationship coach books where friends think it’s so simple to move things to the bedroom while keeping up emotional boundaries. Yeah right! 😊
Nate and Olivia attempt it but of course fall hard and fast for one another. Yes, this is one steamy romance novel as they experiment and learn in the bedroom, but it’s their love story that I found so endearing.
Heated Rivalry
by Rachel Reid
Shane Hollander and Ilya Rozanov are the most talented men in pro hockey. The media may hype up their rivalry but out of the spotlight these two men heat up the sheets.
When secret hookups are no longer enough, it may be time to walk away rather than risk it all.
Shane and Ilya definitely heat things up in this enemies to lovers MM romance.
Rivals on the ice, the animosity between these two is STRONG which only makes their chemistry off the ice that much more intense.
Because they need to keep their fling a secret from the league and their liaisons are few and far between given their game schedules, the times they are together are super hot.
If you looking for a steamy romance novel featuring two athletes who utilize hotel rooms well, give this one a read.
Hothead
by Stella Rhys
Drew is a MLB star who’s worried that his job is on the chopping block because of his hothead reputation.
To turn things around, he proposes a fake relationship to Evie, a girl desperate to make her ex-fiance jealous.
But as things heat up between these two, it’s hard to distinguish what is fake and what may be real between them.
I LOVE fake relationship romance books because I love when both characters begin to question whether true feelings are beginning to develop.
Drew is one of my favorite male heroes because of his self-confidence and his witty banter. Plus, he is one of the best dirty talkers I’ve read.
He’s confident without being arrogant and doesn’t stoop to the level of Evie’s ex.
Evie is the type of female character I adore. She’s also self-confident, extremely likeable and gives the best comebacks. And the two of them together….amazing!
Their chemistry was off the charts making this one of my favorite steamy romance novels! My Review of Hothead.
The Lineup
by Meghan Quinn
Dottie just donated a huge amount of money to my charity — The Lineup — to win a date with me but I know the truth.
She’s secretly had a crush on me and now I know just want to do with that knowledge.
Jason Orson is the ultimate book boyfriend in my book – he’s a unicorn among men 😊
He’s also the hottest dirty talker who loves to cuddle and despite his sensitive side, he is an alpha in the bedroom, knowing what he wants and more importantly knowing what and how his partner wants and needs it.
Just thinking about his bedroom prowess secures this book as one of the best steamy romance novels. And his and Dottie’s first kiss is AMAZING! My Review of The Lineup.
Spite Club
by Julie Kriss
Here’s what happened: My boyfriend cheated on me with Nick Mason’s girlfriend. What better way to get revenge than to pretend to get together out of spite?
Nick is rude and rebellious and completely freaking gorgeous. He’s not my type, and I’m not his.
The problem is, I can’t get enough of him. The more time I spend with him, the more I risk my good-girl image and my carefully built life.
I might want what’s bad for me. I might want Nick. And I might have to convince him – if I can survive him.
Nothing like a little game of revenge to heat things up in this steamy romance novel!
Though Nick and Evie are complete opposites, they are totally hot together in this fake relationship love story.
Evie may have the perfect life plan while Nick flies by the seat of his pants, but they made the perfect couple. Such a fun, quick read!
Halo
by Ella Frank and Brooke Blaine
When the lead singer of the world famous rock band, TBD walks out of the studio one day, it leaves the rest of the band members scrambling for his replacement.
After months of lackluster auditions, Viper, the lead guitarist and resident bad boy of the group, is ready to find solace in the bottom of a bottle. But then Halo walks through the door.
With a voice to match his stunning good looks, it isn’t long before Viper’s taking notice. But there are several reasons this is a bad idea but the main one is that Halo is straight.
OMG, this book! Its starts with this steamy romance novel but the heat continues throughout the entire three-book series which you will want to devour in one sitting.
Halo and Viper are the hottest rock stars EVER and together…WOW.
If you love bad boys then you’ll instantly fall for Viper and his wicked ways, just like Halo does and it’s oh so good.
Swerve
by Sherilee Gray
Rescuing a distressed redhead in a hot costume is the last thing Hugh should be doing, especially in the car he’s just boosted.
He definitely shouldn’t be asking her to share one hot night with him, not when he could bring danger to her door.
After a confidence-shattering, career-destroying break-up, Shay swore off relationships forever. So it’s a good thing the raw, bearded, mountain of a man who came to her aide, isn’t her type.
But as one reckless hot night leads to another, their casual, no-strings affair starts to feel like so much more. Can two hearts with too many secrets dare for a future?
When it comes to protective alphas, I picture Hugh. There is just something about the man otherwise why would Shay go off with a man who was just trying to steal a car but it was worth it girlfriend, wasn’t it?!
One night is just not enough for these two in this steamy romance novel and I couldn’t get enough either. Book one in a really great series I highly recommend.
Leave Me Breathless
by Cherrie Lynn
Aside from a torrid, one-night fling in a backseat a few months ago, Macy Rodgers’ love life has been sorely lacking.
Fortunately, she has devious friends who feel like playing Cupid. Wouldn’t they be shocked to learn that the match they’ve made for her is the same one that steamed up the back of that ’69 GTO.
Seth “Ghost” Warren has just returned to town after an extended absence. Between his grandmother’s failing health, his job as a tattoo artist, his band’s gigs, and an ex that won’t leave him alone, he’s stretched thin. Cautious cowgirl Macy is the last thing he needs thrown into the mix.
She’s all country, he’s all heavy metal—and Macy knows that if anyone can propel her out of her rut, it’s Seth. But when their worlds collide, it’s anyone’s guess if they’ll survive with their hearts intact.
Let me just say that Lynn can write one steamy romance novel! Seriously, this book will have you aching for more Ghost and Macy they are just so great together and wicked in the sheets.
Plus, the things that come out of Ghost’s mouth. Gah!
I loved this book so much and so will you. It’s the perfect opposites-attract love story featuring one hot tattooed alpha.
One Night of Trouble
by Elle Kennedy
The moment AJ Walsh sees the tattooed pixie walk up to his bar, it’s lust at first sight. He’s always been labeled the “nice” guy—opening doors, buying flowers, and never, ever having one-night stands.
But with this wicked little angel with red lips and unfathomably dark eyes? Oh, yeah. Tonight, “nice” has nothing to do with it.
Brett Conlon is trying to convince her family that she’s put away her reckless wild girl side for good. Nothing—and no one—could be better for her reputation than golden boy AJ Walsh.
So they make a deal: if he plays The Good Boyfriend for her family, he can be a very, very bad boy with her. Now their one naughty night is about to turn into a whole lot of trouble.
You definitely want to pick up this steamy romance novel to see what happens when the golden, nice boy decides to let his freak fly behind closed doors.
When he agrees to a fake relationship with Brett to help her get the management position at her family’s tattoo parlor, things really heat up between them. I loved it!
Wicked Envy
by Sawyer Bennett
Avril Carrigan isn’t the type of woman to take risks in her personal life but after a broken heart and too much liquid courage, she decides the best way to get over one man is to get under another.
Looking to experience all the debauchery she’s heard about, Avril makes a request—that her two best friends, Andrew and Dane take her to The Wicked Horse.
The request seems simple. Friends helping one another in their time of need. But now that the lines of friendship have blurred and boundaries have been crossed, can their friendship survive or will jealousy to tear it apart?
OMG, this is hands down one of my favorite erotic romance books of all time.
Bennett blew me away with this VERY steamy romance novel where three friends and business partners blur the lines of friendship and become more.
The entire Wicked Horse Vegas series is hot but this is definitely the best in my opinion. You won’t be sorry!
Pucked Over
by Helena Hunting
Lily LeBlanc isn’t versed in the art of keeping things casual, but after seven years in an on-again, off-again relationship, she’s definitely willing to give it a shot.
And who better to try it with than her best friend’s boyfriend’s best friend?
NHL player, Randy Ballistic, lives up to his last name on the ice and in the bedroom. His best friend and teammate has recently given up the puck bunnies and his new girlfriend happens to have a seriously feisty, extra-hot best friend on the rebound.
Randy’s more than happy to be Lily’s springboard back into the dating scene. But when emotions get involved, someone’s bound to get pucked over.
I have never laughed so hard while reading the Pucked series but these books also had me fanning myself from all the heat too!
Lily and Randy are one of my favorite couples who seem to have an affinity for getting it on in bathrooms of all kinds.
These two don’t back down from their chemistry even though they are relationship-shy. Definitely pick up this steamy romance novel and continue with the entire series for more steamy action!
American Queen
by Sierra Simone
My name is Greer Galloway, and Iswore off love forever. But President Colchester hasn’t sworn me off–not by a long shot.
Desperate to have me, Ash sends his best friend Embry to bring me to him. He doesn’t know about the secrets we also keep.
Soon, I find myself caught between past and present, pleasure and pain–and the two men who long for each other as much as they long for me.
And as war and betrayal press ever closer, we tumble headlong into a passionate love affair that will change the world.
So many of Sierra Simone’s books are steamy romance novels but this is one of my favorites.
A modern Camelot retelling of three people who fall in love, it’s full of political intrigue, plotting, and steaminess!
This book does end on a cliffhanger, be forewarned, but it’s so good you’ll be grabbing book two as soon as you can.
Screwdrivered
by Alice Clayton
By day, Viv Franklin is a tough-as-nails software engineer who designs programs and loves hospital corners. By night, Vivian’s a secret romance-novel junkie who longs to be swept off her feet.
When a phone call brings news that she’s inherited a beautiful old home in Mendocino, California, she moves her entire life across the country to embark on what she sees as a great, romance-novel-worthy adventure.
There see meets a cowboy, one that ignites her loins. But there’s also a librarian, Clark Barrow. And he calls her Vivian. Can tweed jackets and elbow patches compete with chaps and spurs? You bet your sweet cow pie.
This steamy romance novel will have you questioning whether you want the hunky cowboy or the nerdy librarian. It might be a toss-up but I knew who I would pick right from the start!
Plus, it had the best bit of enemies to lovers banter when heads began to butt around the house renovation. I loved it.
Thrust
by Sybil Bartel
I know the game. I know the angle. I know how to make you beg. My hands on your body, my mouth hovering over yours—I’ll tell you everything you want to hear. Ten inches of real estate never felt so good.
But don’t take my word for it. My client list is long and my motto is short—one single thrust and you’re mine. I’m not good at what I do, I’m fantastic. I’m about to ruin you for any other man.
Calling all lovers of arrogant men…this is the steamy romance novel for you. Alex knows what he’s got and he’s not ashamed of what he does with it.
This was a steamy romance about an escort and dog lover who fall fast and hard. The shower scene alone made this a fantastic book worth reading!
Sweet Addiction
by J. Daniels
Wedding hookups never amount to anything. Those who partake in this wicked little activity know the rules. Get in. Get laid. Get out. There’s no expectation of a relationship.
Dylan Sparks knows the rules. She’s familiar with the protocol. And she engages in the best time of her life with a complete stranger at her ex-boyfriend’s wedding.
Reese Carroll doesn’t care about the rules. He wants more than just one night with Dylan. And Dylan finds him too addicting to pass up.
This is the book that made me a J. Daniels fan! I loved the instant chemistry between Dylan and Reese at the wedding and their hook-up was hot.
I love how the tables are turned in this steamy romance where it’s the woman who’s hesitant to want more and it’s the hero chasing after her because he won’t let her go.
Nothing’s hotter than a wedding hook-up and Daniels does it right with this one.
Taking the Shot
by Jaci Burton
The last thing Jenna Riley needs is more sports in her life. While her brothers are athletic superstars, she’s stuck running the family’s bar.
But when pro hockey stud Tyler Anderson walks in, Jenna’s vow to never fall for a jock – even one as hot as Ty – is put to the test.
As Ty gains her trust, the passion between them grows, as does Ty’s insistence that Jenna should start living for herself. But first she has to figure out what she wants, who she loves, and if she has the passion and pride to take a shot at having it all – including Ty.
It was hard to pick just one book from Burton’s Play-by-Play series because they are all so steamy, but this is one of my favorites.
It’s hard to resist a hot hockey player and one who goes after what he wants. And the time they involve some toys….good lord that definitely made this one of the best steamy romance novels worth reading!
The List
by Tawna Fenske
Cassie Michaels comes up with a list of naughty experiences to impress her sisters and finally convince them—and herself—she’s not just a boring soil scientist. Luckily, she’s found just the man to help her, starting with number four—a night with an anonymous stranger.
Simon’s more than willing to have some fun helping Cassie turn her made-up adventures into reality. But nearing the last few items means nearing the end of their time together, and Simon isn’t ready to let her go.
How can a book with a list of kinky experiences to check off NOT be one of the steamiest romance books ever?!
This was seriously such a fun read that had me hooked from the very start. I couldn’t put it down and neither will you.
A Kingdom of Dreams
by Judith McNaught
Abducted from her convent school, headstrong Scottish beauty Jennifer Merrick does not easily surrender to Royce Westmoreland, Duke of Claymore.
Known as “The Wolf,” his very name strikes fear in the hearts of his enemies. But proud Jennifer will have nothing to do with the fierce English warrior who holds her captive.
Boldly she challenges his will—until the night he takes her in his powerful embrace, awakening in her an irresistible hunger.
And suddenly Jennifer finds herself ensnared in a bewildering web…a seductive, dangerous trap of pride, passion, loyalty, and overwhelming love.
Who says a historical romance novel can’t be a steamy romance book?
This is one of my favorite romance books because I love how Royce and Jennifer clash at the beginning but then can’t help but fall for one another.
This 17-year-old can bring an arrogant warrior to his knees and he sure knows how to please his love. Can’t recommend this one enough.
Reckless
by Skye Jordan
A couture wedding dress designer to the rich and famous, Lexi LaCroix’s image means everything.
But crossing paths with a hot bad-boy biker who makes her realize how much living she’s sacrificed for her success, one touch is all it takes for Lexi to turn reckless.
Jax Chamberlin has been screwed over by gorgeous gold-diggers one too many times. Though he runs his own stunt company, all of America knows his Hollywood face even years after he’s given up acting.
Finding a woman who doesn’t plan to use him as a stepping stone to success is virtually impossible, so when the mysterious Lexi offers him a chance at a totally anonymous hook-up during an out of town trip, Jax accepts.
But Lexi’s got a major hang-up over his renegade lifestyle. And if she finds out his connections could catapult her to the top of her career, he’s afraid the fantasy woman he’s falling for might just end up like all the rest.
I love romance books that have fun and steamy flirting by text! Jax and Lexi might have first connected anonymously but they sure don’t waste time finding carnal knowledge of one another.
This steamy romance novel features one hot stuntman and a savvy businesswoman with chemistry that is off-the-charts hot. Such a great book and series!
Sinner
by Sierra Simone
I’m not a good man, and I’ve never pretended to be. I don’t believe in goodness or God or any happy ending that isn’t paid for in advance.
So when the gorgeous Zenny Iverson asks me to teach her everything I know in the bedroom, I want to say yes, I really do.
Unfortunately, there are several reasons to say no—she’s my best friend’s little sister, she’s way too young, and she’s about to become a nun.
But I want her. I want to teach her and touch her and love her, and I know that makes me something much worse than a very bad man. It makes me a sinner.
Forbidden romance stories make the best steamy romance novels in my opinion because you just shouldn’t go there but boy do these two go at it!
I mean Zenny is training to be a NUN for goodness sakes but that doesn’t stop her from experiencing everything she’s going to willingly give up. I loved it! My Review of Sinner.
The Sweetest Oblivion
by Danielle Lori
In New York’s underworld, Elena Abelli’s sister is arranged to marry Nicolas Russo. A made man, a boss, a cheat. After his and Elena’s first encounter, she realizes he’s just as rude as he is handsome.
She doesn’t like the man but that doesn’t stop her heart from racing, nor the shiver that ghosts down her spine, making her feel hotter than any future brother-in-law should.
Elena may be the Sweet Abelli on the outside, but she’s beginning to learn she has a taste for the darkness
Having already escaped one scandal, she can hardly afford to be swept up in another. Besides, even if he were hers, everyone knows you don’t fall in love with a Made Man . . . right?
I was completely useless the day I read this steamy romance novel because I couldn’t put it down and read it in one sitting.
I love marriage of convenience stories but in this case the groom isn’t ogling his intended but her sister.
The steaminess level was off the charts in this one just from the chemistry between Elena and Nico who had the best slow-burn love story.

Great list! I’ve read a lot of these authors, though not necessarily the specific books you mention here. And I agree with you about the “clean romance” label. I’ve been trying to figure out a different phrase too. Let me know if you come up with something good you’re willing to share.
What I love most about romantic books is how they remind us of the power of love, connection, and the beauty of human relationships. They offer a sense of hope and warmth, and I’m always on the lookout for my next favorite love story. Do you have any romantic book recommendations to share?
