Queue up your TBR list as I’m sharing all of my most anticipated new romance book releases coming in April 2024 and trust me when I say you’re going to want to read ALL of them.

So many of these titles made my list of most anticipated romance books of 2024 list and I’m super excited that I can finally get my hands on them all.

Bridesmaid for Hire
by Meghan Quinn

Enemies to Lovers Romance
Releasing April 2, 2024

Event planner, Maggie Mitchell is taking a much-needed vacation in Bora Bora when in saunters Brody McFadden, her brother’s best friend and also her sworn enemy.

Maggie promised herself she wouldn’t even think of work on the island, but as word spreads about the “wedding of the century” taking place in the midst of her vacation, she realizes offering her services as a bridesmaid and planner could bring her business to the next level. Why It’s a Must Read: First off, I’m so loving the pink of this book cover. It just screams “pick me up” and is so super cute. But, this book made my list of must-reads not only because I’m ready for some Quinn banter but because I’m also in the mood for a really great enemies to lovers book and I hope this is the one!

I’ve never been to Bora Boar but I have a feeling I may be adding a trip there on my bucket list after reading this one.

Here We Go Again
by Alison Cochrun

Forced Proximity, LGBTQ+ Romance

Why It’s a Must Read: I cannot wait for this release from the woman who dazzled me with her debut novel, The Charm Offensive! I’m anxious to see how forced proximity due to a cross-country road trip brings these two characters together. I hope this is the must-read lesbian romance of the year.

Just for the Summer

Why It’s a Must Read: I already know that this is a must-read for the month and year since I already read it and LOVED it. Abby Jimenez books are super popular for a reason because her writing is phenomenal and the stories she comes up with are just gems.

The meet cute Justin and Emma had online was adorable though this story did get a bit heavier than I was expecting. There is honestly so much to love about these characters and their hard-fought happily-ever-after.

The Rule Book
by Sarah Adams

Second Chance Romance
Releasing April 2, 2024

Why It’s a Must Read: What’s not to love about this romance that has so many fun tropes all wrapped into one adorable romance. Sometimes it’s hard to find closed door romances but that’s Adams’ specialty so if you love sports romance or office romance, add this to your TBR list.

Only and Forever
by Chloe Liese

Roommates to Lovers Romance

Why It’s a Must Read: The time has come for the final book in the Bergman Brothers series, but it is such a wonderful read and send off for the entire family. Liese’s characters are all so unique and I love how Viggo finally finds his happily-ever-after this year. It was a wonderful read and I highly recommend it!

Wild Love
by Elsie Silver

Brother’s Best Friend, Small Town Romance
Releasing April 9, 2024

Rosie Belmont has been driving Ford wild for years. The kind of wild that has him wanting his best friend’s little sister when she should be hands-off and not being hired as his new employee.

Why It’s a Must Read: This made my list of most anticipated romance books of 2024 because I’m not ready to say goodbye to Chestnut Springs! I’m so ready for an all-new small town romance series set in the same beloved universe as Chestnut Springs beginning with the hottie billionaire, Ford!

Nine Month Contract
by Amy Daws

Why It’s a Must Read: I freakin’ love Amy Daws’ romance books for their great banter which is why I’m so excited to pick up her new, spicy small town romance that kicks off a mountain man spinoff series based on the three Fletcher brothers featured in her previous release, Last on the List.

I can honestly say I don’t think I’ve ever read a book about a surrogate but I’m so ready for it!

Learn Your Lesson

Funny Story

Why It’s a Must Read: Emily Henry books have become instant must-reads for me ever since reading People We Meet on Vacation and this one is definitely going to become a fan favorite.

My heart broke for both Daphne and Miles in this one whose hearts were burned pretty badly by their exes but it made their own love story that much sweeter.

If you have loved any of her prior romance books, it’s pretty much a given that you need to read this one this year.

Why It’s a Must Read: It’s time for the Smartypants Romance Spring 2024 launch which includes this new title from Everly. I have yet to read one of her prior releases so I think I’m overdue and I’m super intrigued by this second chance romance.

I’m actually really looking forward to getting inside Clara’s head and seeing how she copes with seeing her long-ago sweetheart again.

Falling for Gage

Why It’s a Must Read: Gage is a character that totally peaked my interest when I read Sheridan’s release, Travis, so I’m super excited to see how this man about town gets his happy ending.The fact that his love interest has a really interesting back story and is posing as an art appraiser only increases my interest!
