This Could Be Us
by Kennedy Ryan
Single Parent Romance
Releasing March 5, 2024
Soledad Barnes is a domestic goddess whoโs always had her life all planned out. But none of her varied talents can save her when her life implodes from the ultimate betrayal. Picking up the pieces and caring for her daughters, Soledad rediscovers herself.
But then an unlikely man enters the pictureโthe forbidden one, the one she shouldn’t want but can’t seem to resist only sheโs not sure that she can risk her heart and trust in love again.
Why You Should Add It to Your TBR List: This book made my list of most anticipated romance books of 2024 because I already fell in love with Soledad after reading Ryanโs 2022 release, Before I Let Go, and cannot wait to get her story this year about finding trust and love again after her cheating husband upends her life.
I also especially love the sisterhood between Soledad and her girlfriends that permeate the entire Skyland series! I have a feeling Ryanโs book is going to bring it with this one!

Why You Should Add It to Your TBR List: If youโve become obsessed with Holly Black and her fantasy world ever since reading The Cruel Prince, then youโre in luck with this new romantasy that will ultimately determine the future of Elfhame.

If You Hate Me
by Helena Hunting
Brotherโs Best Friend Hockey Romance
Releasing March 7, 2024
My new roommates are two pro hockey players: my brother and his hot best friend who I seriously hate. Sure, I had a crush on Tristan Stiles when I was fourteen but now heโs the bane of my existence and we canโt seem to stop fighting. I just need to survive long enough to find a new job and get a new place. And not accidentally let Tristan show me exactly how well deserved his playboy reputation is.
Why You Should Add It to Your TBR List: Why oh why am I obsessed with hockey romance books? I just love them so much and Helena Hunting always rights the best so Iโm super excited to get my hands on this one, especially since itโs an enemies to lovers romance, my favorite romance trope. Score! It is March 7 yet??!
My Dark Desire
by L.J. Shen and Parker S. Huntington
Billionaire Romance
Releasing March 10, 2024
The task was simple. Sneak into Potomac’s most heavily guarded manor. Steal back my pendant. Slip out. Only Americaโs most unattainable bachelor caught me and decided to keep me. As the help. Zachary Sun is reserved, calculated, and savagely cruel, and he thrives on the weaknesses of others. Little does he know, he just met his match. He may be American royalty. But this peasant will rise to become Queen.
Why You Should Add It to Your TBR List: Itโs been a hot minute since I read a book by Shen (and this would be my first by Huntington!) so Iโm wondering if this is the one to bring me back.
Itโs available in Kindle Unlimited so that sort of seals the deal for me to check it out with my Kindle Unlimited subscription. Plus, Iโm anxious to see how the feisty maid stands up to the grumpy billionaire.

Happily Never After
by Lynn Painter
Contemporary Romance
Releasing March 12, 2024
When Sophie Steinbeck finds out just before her nuptials that her fiancรฉ has cheated yet again, she desperately wants to call it off. But because her future father-in-law is her dadโs cutthroat boss, she enlists the help of a professional objector, whose purpose is to show up at weddings and proclaim โI object!โ
After learning more about his job, Sophie teams up with Max and the two love cynics start going from wedding to wedding, while trying to ignore their off the charts chemistry. But when a groom-to-be hires Sophie to object at a wedding that involves the woman who broke Maxโs heart, she realizes that she may have fallen hard for her partner in crime.
Why You Should Add It to Your TBR List: Lynn Painter became a must-read author for me in 2023 after reading The Love Wager. I just adored her writing, the story pacing and the chemistry of her characters.
This is one of my most anticipated new romance books for 2024 because the story set-up sounds super fun. I wonโt object to this landing on my list of best romance novels for 2024 this year. Hereโs hoping!

The American
by Jodi Ellen Malpas
Contemporary Romance
Releasing March 12, 2024
A domineering force in Miamiโs criminal underworld, Brad Black is respected. Feared. His sole life purpose was to protect the Black empire until he saved her. Pearl Kennedy is Bradโs kryptonite.
Since Pearl was saved from the clutches of human traffickers by one of the worldโs most notorious criminals and taken back to Blackโs familyโs mansion in Miami, sheโs felt safe and protected, despite Bradโs cold, brusque, and confusing treatment. But itโs just a matter of who will end her first – the monsters from her past or Brad Black.
Why You Should Add It to Your TBR List: Itโs been a hot minute since I read a romance by Malpas and this one sounds intriguing given the anti-hero Black and the young woman who brings him to his knees. I have a feeling it may push my comfort zone but Iโm willing to risk it to see how their chemistry burns.
Hills of Shivers and Shadows
by Pam Goodwin
All the Tropes!
Releasing March 12, 2024
Abducted and taken to a remote cabin in Alaska, Frankie finds herself at the mercy of four feral men, each with his own dark secrets and twisted desires. With nowhere to run, she must rely on her wits to survive the harsh winter, trapped with them.
As she delves into their mysterious pasts, she uncovers an insidious evil that feeds on loyalty and uses love as a weapon. Nothing is as it seems. These men torment her, protect her, and keep her in the dark. But to have any chance of escape, they must stand together. Or fall prey to the evil in the hills of shivers and shadows.
Why You Should Add It to Your TBR List: I have no idea what Iโm going to get myself into when it comes to this dark romance but if Pam Goodwin is writing it then Iโm trusting her to give me a really great story with lots of steam. This year I made a reading goal to read more dark romance to get out of my comfort zone so I thing this one will get me closer to that goal!
The Home Wrecker
by Sara Cate
Couple Romance
Releasing March 25, 2024
I never claimed to be a good man, but Iโve always done what was expected of me. Find a nice girl. Get married. Have children. And everything was going as planned when I met Briar. But marriage is hard, and after seven years, I feel like Iโm failing. Then, a figure from my past enters the picture.
Dean Sheridan is cocky and charming. When this twenty-five-year-old needs a place to stay, I should turn him awayโespecially after I notice the spark between him and my wife. But I donโt. When I pressure him about his relationship with Briar, he does the last thing I expect. He dares me.
He thinks he can take whatโs mine. And if itโs a challenge he wants, itโs a challenge heโll get. What started as a game becomes so much more. Between them. Between us. This isnโt how normal couples behave. The games weโre playing are dangerous. But God help me, I canโt seem to stop.
Why You Should Add It to Your TBR List: I love that Sara Cate unabashedly writes taboo romance and Iโm really digging that this new release is about a married couple. Plus, I really, really want to meet Dean and his cockiness so Iโm hoping this is one steamy read for the month! Plus this cover is divine.
The Trail of Lost Hearts
by Tracey Garvis Graves
Forced Proximity Romance
Releasing March 26, 2024
When the world delivers two life-altering blows, Wren Waters just wants to put the whole heartbreaking mess behind her and starts disappearing into the world of geocaching.
She decides that a weeklong solo quest geocaching in Oregon is exactly what she needs to take back control of her life but then she runs into fellow hiker, Marshall Hendricks, struggling with a life-altering blow of his own. When Wren and Marshall partner up to look for additional caches, their platonic road trip gradually blossoms into something deeper.
Why You Should Add It to Your TBR List: Graves has this way of really delivering the drama in her romance books and creating some amazing characters so Iโm looking forward to reading this new release this month. Iโm also excited to see this romance bloom around the hobby of geocaching which is super unique angle to this story.
The Other Side of Disappearing
by Kate Clayborn
Contemporary Romance
Releasing March 26, 2024
Jess Greene has spent the last decade raising her younger half-sister, Teganโand keeping a shocking secret โ that her mother ran off with a boyfriend, a con man who was the subject of a wildly popular podcast, The Last Con of Lynton Baltimore.
Only now Tegan has pieced together the connection and plans to search for their mother with the prying podcast host and her watchful, handsome producer, Adam Hawkins in tow. Together, the four make their way across the country, unraveling the mystery of where the couple disappeared to and why. But soon Jess is discovering other things too, like an unexpected connection with Adam.
Why You Should Add It to Your TBR List: I get a sense that this new release may skirt the line between womenโs fiction and romance but I enjoyed Claybornโs release from last year, Georgie All Along and hope that I enjoy this one just as much.
