This was a debut novel from Ellis that knocked my socks off and has me anxiously waiting for any and all books that she will write next.
There is just so much to love about this billionaire romance – the outstanding cast of characters, the awkwardness of their reunion, the exploration of whether good intentions can out way actions that cause hurt.
It also features an interracial couple which we need more of in romance!
This is a romance I consider to be one of the best romance books of all time as well and a must read.
Kat Tanner has kept her status as a billionaire under wraps for reasons of her own, but when her uncle tries to take her family’s company away from her, she’s desperate.
Desperate enough to ask the man she’s secretly been crushing on to marry her – immediately.
This is the seventh and final book in Reid’s Knitting in the City series, which you should really read from the beginning- it’s that good.
Throughout the series the chemistry between Kat and Dan is so palpable that by the time you get to this book you are just aching for them to get together.

To get what she wants she’s proposed a marriage of one year with three nights a month to Principe Mateo Santos.
Mateo’s kingdom may be on the brink of bankruptcy but he’s not about to agree to this crazy scheme, or is he?
I liked how the tables were turned in this billionaire romance novel where it was the female billionaire proposing an arrangement to a desperate prince.
I was instantly pulled into this story with these intriguing characters.
The writing was superb for a debut writer and it reminded me of everything that I liked about the first romance novel I loved, Paradise by Judith McNaught.
This was a fantastic billionaire romance novel featuring a marriage of convenience with a female billionaire and prince. A must read!

It’s been ten years since I saw them but now I’m back and ready.
Paige is no stranger to the billionaire romance novel and this is one of her most popular.
This book completely reminded me of the romance movie, Sabrina, where the man you’re trying to get is not the one you end up falling for.
This billionaire romance also ends on a cliffhanger since it’s part of a duet. You’ve been warned.
Matthew Farrell is well known for his corporate take overs but he was once the boy from the opposite side of the tracks.
That didn’t stop, 18 year-old Meredith Bancroft from disappearing from the country club with Matt and finding a once in a lifetime connection. Only the department store heirriss ultimately betrayed him.
Now years later, Matt’s back and ready to exact some revenge on Meredith and the Bancroft empire, only to find that their past is mixed up in lies and deceit and their feelings returning with a vengeance.
I’m not quite positive if Matthew or Meredith are technically billionaires but they are both filthy rich and this is one of my all-time favorite romance books so I had to include it!
A second chance romance book filled with young love, heartbreak, miscommunication and deceit that tore two lovers apart only to come face to face with their past years later. It’s so good!!

Now Sutton is tasked to go to the Virgin Islands to help accomplish his goal.
Her only problem is that Callahan has no problem breaking his company’s no fraternization rule.

This book has THE BEST banter between Sutton and Callahan who are in a bit of a forced proximity situation while working together.
Bromberg’s dialogue was just so immensely perfect that I was desperate to read the next come-back and the next innuendo that was going to come from both of their mouths.
What I meant to do in Vegas: Let my hair down for once and celebrate winning a medal at my first women’s hockey all-stars competition.
What I actually did: Got senior prom drunk and woke up married to Brooklyn’s star winger, the great Neil Drake.
He’s the heir to a billion dollars, and I barely survived my childhood.
We may be married but we know it can’t last, especially once his family gets wind of our Vegas shenanigans.
I honestly fell in love with Neal and Charli from the very beginning.
Bowen just wrote two completely amazing characters who had the best banter back and forth and yet also some really endearing qualities that they only shared with each other.
Neal is not your typical, billionaire alpha but tries to downplay his and his family’s money.
If you’re a fan of sports romances, you’ll love this billionaire romance book!
Liberty Jones and Hardy Cates have dreams and determination that will take them far away from Welcome, Texas.
When Hardy leaves town to pursue his plans, Liberty finds herself alone with a young sister to raise.
Soon Liberty finds herself under the spell of a billionaire tycoon—a Sugar Daddy, one might say. But the relationship goes deeper than people think, and Liberty has to make a choice between two men.
This is a great Cinderella-type story and shows Kleypas has writing chops in both historical and contemporary romance.
Liberty is the strong heroine you want to root for and I loved Gage, the billionaire, who would do anything for her.
Cillian Fitzpatrick’s reputation in the boardroom has earned him his nickname but to Persephone he’s no villain.
He saved her life once before and now he’s doing it again by bailing her out of her husband’s mess. But his help comes with a cost, and that cost is her freedom.
Fans of wounded heroes and cold-hearted bastards will fall for this billionaire romance book and Cillian is as hard as they come.
He may be known as The Villain, but he’s a product of his neglectful upbringing, his familial pressures and his drive for control.
Persephone was his complete opposite which made their chemistry sizzle and created a fantastic marriage of convenience love story.
It’s also a great Hades and Persephone modern retelling in a way which is always a great storyline for a romance!
I first met Tristan Miles at a meeting where he was trying to take over my late husband’s company.
He was powerful, arrogant, and infuriatingly gorgeous, and I hated him with every cell in my body.
In the shock of the century, he called me three days later and asked me on a date.
Turning him down was the highlight of my year. I can’t go there because I’m just a widow with three unruly sons.
But everyone knows that Tristan Miles always gets what he wants…and what he wants is me.
This is another enemies to lovers, billionaire romance novel but one that features a single mother.
I didn’t expect to enjoy the funny banter back and forth between Tristan and Claire and then the interactions between Tristan and Claire’s kids were hilarious too.
I thought this book was so realistic and just so good. You’ll love it and Tristan’s billionaire brothers in the Miles High Club series.

Now we have to keep up the rouse and Hutton has suggested I move in with him.
We’re just role-playing I have to remember, but when I start to catch feelings will I come to find out it’s all just a big tease?
I can think of worse things than to be fake-engaged to a billionaire who also happens to be a friend.
I love that Hutton is totally on board and eager to continue their fake relationship but it’s when feelings beyond friendship catch fire that the heat really turns up. I can’t wait to read it.

But the more I sneak past Hayes’s walls and fences, the more I realize that while we might be from different worlds, we have more in common than either of us expected.
This billionaire romance book is another story to take on the fake relationship trope.
Of course a billionaire is going to have ladies fawning all over him, so I guess a fake girlfriend is in order to spare Hayes the trouble.
I always love that moment when the fake begins to turn more real and I can’t wait to get to that point in this one.

When my elderly neighbor passes, she surprises everybody by leaving a corporation worth billions to her dog, Smuckers. With me as his spokesperson.
Suddenly I go from running my Etsy store to sitting in an elegant Wall Street boardroom with Smuckers in my lap.
And my neighbor’s son, Henry Locke, aka New York’s most eligible bachelor, glaring across the table at me.
Rumor has it Henry’s a business genius who’s as talented in the bedroom as he is in the boardroom.
But he’s arrogant and infuriating. He thinks he can bully me, buy me off, control me, even seduce me. But he can’t, can he?
OMG this is one hilarious, billionaire romance romcom with the sizzle of an enemies-to-lovers story.
I can’t blame Henry for thinking Vicky conned his mother and influenced her last will and testimony.
Plus, if you like it, it kicks off an entire series of billionaire romance novels to devour.
Alec’s life as the CEO of the family company has been uneventful until he meets Lumen.
