About Love You Always:
Heโs a storm cloud, a grouchy winemaker in a rec league hockey jersey. Iโm a rom-com princess, the persistent ray of sunshine he never saw coming.
I used to believe in loveโthe kind that makes your heart race like the last scene of a movie, where the music swellsโฆand the guy chases after the girl after he ruins everything.
But real life is different. I learned that the hard wayโone unanswered text, one almost-love at a time. So, I filled my world with little joys that donโt require a man. A shelf full of paperbacks, novelty coffee mugs, nerdy facts about winemaking.
And yet, the one thing Iโve always known is that I want to be a mom.
Iโve completed the adoption forms and propped up my social media image with a fairy tale story worthy of Americaโs sweetheart. All I need to do is convince the courts that Iโll make a good parent. Iโm so close to the life I want, even if itโs not a rom-com dream.
And then Archer Corbett shows up. Not in some grand or dramatic wayโno rain-soaked confession or well-timed orchestral swell. Just a guy, standing there, looking at me like Iโm the plot twist he never expected.
Archer hates small talk, fake smiles, and anything that feels like hope. Heโs weighted down by the obligations of running the family winery and following in the footsteps of his father, a man whose work never left time for his kids. So Archer is adamant that heโll never have kids of his own.
But Iโm not sure this grump is beyond hope. Not when he lifts the hem of my skirt so I donโt trip on it. Not when being with him feels this good.
Suddenly, Iโm gripped with that feeling againโthe one I tried so hard to ignore. Like maybe, just maybe, love is still worth believing in.
Love You Always is a standalone romance with a HEA, and it’s book 5 in the Buttercup Hills series
About Stacy Travis:

Stacy Travis writes charming, spicy romance about bookish, sassy women and the hot alphas who fall for them.
She’s worked as a journalist, camp counselor, TV writer, SAT tutor, corporate finance researcher, education technology editor, and non-fiction author. When she’s not on a deadline, she’s in running shoes complaining that all roads seem to go uphill. Or on the couch with a margarita. Or fangirling at a soccer game.
She’s never met a dog she didn’t want to hug. And if you have no plans for Thanksgiving, she’ll probably invite you to dinner.
Stacy lives in Los Angeles with her two sons, and a poorly-trained rescue dog who hoards socks. And she’s serious about the Thanksgiving thing.
