The idea of these two trying to add a puppy into their already complicated world sounds both hilarious and emotionally disastrous, which is exactly what I want from Alexis Hall. If you loved watching their fake relationship turn into something deeper, this next chapter feels impossible to resist.

At this point, if Julie Anne Long writes a book, I’m reading it. No questions asked.

Any romance novel that openly celebrates romance tropes already has my attention, but Tropesick surprised me with how emotionally layered it became.
I loved how Lauren used familiar romance tropes while telling a deeply emotional second chance romance shaped by grief, addiction, and years of unresolved pain. Watching Katie and Tyler reconnect while ghostwriting a romance novel together was such a clever setup and gave this story a really unique feel within the genre.

Chip Pons continues to be one of those authors whose romances immediately catch my attention because they always sound fresh and different.
But honestly? A Hades-inspired romcom where Hades runs a funeral home already had me fully sold. This setup feels like complete catnip for grumpy sunshine readers, and I’m really curious to see how Chip blends mythology-inspired elements with humor and romance.

I loved how immersive the storm-chasing backdrop felt without ever overshadowing the romance itself. Wes and Sloane’s chemistry builds beautifully throughout the story, and if you love a hero who falls first while pretending he absolutely doesn’t stand a chance, Wes is going to work for you in a BIG way.

I have been waiting for Darcy and Eric’s story ever since Thrown for a Loop because the tension between these two was already FIRE.

Add in hockey romance, office tension, and Sarina Bowen’s ability to absolutely nail chemistry and emotional payoff, and I already know this is going straight to the top of my TBR.
