Must-Read Romance Book Releases of 2025
Beg, Borrow or Steal
by Sarah Adams
Releasing January 7, 2025
Emily Walker hates having her carefully crafted world disrupted by anyone, most of all her legendary nemesis, Jack Bennett. Heโs the opposite of the wonderful heroes she dreams up in her double life as a romance writer, which is why Emily was perfectly happy when Jack left Rome, Kentucky, mid-school year with his fiancรฉe.
The last thing Emily saw coming was Jackโs return at the start of the summer after calling off the wedding and ending his relationship, but heโs here to stayโas her colleague and her neighbor.
Jack is glad to be back, eager to renovate his house and work on the next mystery novel under his bestselling pen name. But when he realizes heโs now neighbors with the one woman who has always pushed his buttons, he discovers something heโs even more excited aboutโthwarting Emily and her petty plans to sabotage his return.
With their chemistry-fueled animosity at an all-time high, Emily accidentally sends an email to their schoolโs principal that could reveal her secret literary side hustle.
She needs to steal back her manuscript, and Jackโshe hates to admitโis just the man to help her. Surprisingly, he agrees. Will their unlikely alliance put an end to their rivalry? Or could it lead to a steamy plot twist they never saw coming?
Why It’s a Must-Read…
Iโm so excited to return to Rome, Kentucky with this rivals to lovers romance. I adore romance books with characters who are romance authors and I know Sarah is going to bring it with this one!

*February 2025 Book of the Month: She Reads Romance Books Book Club
High school sweethearts Sarah and Caleb Linwood have always been a sure thing. For the past seventeen years, they have had each otherโs backs through all of lifeโs ups and downs. But Sarah has begun to wonder . . . who is she without her other half?
When she decides to take on a project of her own, a fundraising gala in memory of her late mother, Sarah wants nothing more than to prove to herselfโand to everyone elseโthat she doesnโt need Calebโs help to succeed. Sheโs still her motherโs daughter after all, independent and capable. That is, until the event fails and Caleb uninvitedly steps in to save the day.
The rift that follows unearths a decade of grievances and doubts. Are they truly the same people they were when they got married at nineteen? Are they supposed to be?
In a desperate attempt to fix what they fear is breaking, Sarah and Caleb make the spontaneous decision to get out of their comfort zones and join a grueling hiking trip intended to guide couples through rough patches.
What follows is a life-affirming comedy of errors as two nature-averse people fight their way out of the woods in order to find their way back to their roots.
Why It’s a Must-Read…
I will read anything that Hannah writes but Iโm beyond excited that her new romance book release features a married couple that she loosely bases off her own experience of marrying her high school sweetheart. Join us in the She Reads Romance Books Book Club this February where we will be discussing this book and talking with Hannah on Zoom!

Itโs like Chryssyโs whole cursed love life has been leading up to this moment. But all it takes is one kissโand a whole lot of unexpected chemistryโto land both of them in hot water.
Why It’s a Must-Read…
2025 will be my year to dive into Lauren Kung Jessenโs work with this new fake dating romance. I love this trope so much but I also love that the heroine is a Chinese herbalist. She already speaks my language as Iโm an acupuncturist!

But when staying away from Lukas becomes impossible, Scarlett realizes that her heart might be treading into dangerous water.
Why It’s a Must-Read…
Was there any doubt that Ali Hazelwoodโs new romance book release would be on this list? I adore her writing and I love how sheโs dipping into sports romance with these characters and a bent toward the Summer Olympics. Iโm so excited for it!
Dream Girl Drama
by Tessa Bailey
Releasing February 4, 2025
When professional hockey player Sig Gauthierโs car breaks down and his phone dies, he treks into a posh private country club to call a tow truck, where he encounters the alluring Chloe Clifford, the manic pixie dream girl who captivates him immediately with her sense of adventure and penchant for stealing champagne.
Sparks fly during a moonlight kiss and the enamored pair canโt wait to see each other again, but when Sig finally arrives to meet his dadโs new girlfriend over dinner, Chloe is confusingly also there. Turns out the girlfriend is Chloeโs mother. Oh, and theyโre engaged.
Sigโs dream girl is his future stepsister.
Though the pair is now wary of being involved romantically, Chloe, a sheltered harp prodigy, yearns to escape her controlling mother. Sig promises to teach her the ins and outs of independence in Bostonโbut not inside his bedroom.
They both know there can never be more than friendship between a famous hockey player and his high-society, soon-to-be stepsister. But keeping their relationship platonic grows harder amid the developing family drama, especially knowing they were meant for so much more.
Why It’s a Must-Read…
Ever since reading Fangirl Down Iโve been obsessed with this series and Iโm so excited that we are finally getting Sig and Chloeโs forbidden romance! I just adore how Tessa Bailey brings the sweet and the spice into her books โ this is going to be a great one.
First Time Caller
by B.K. Borison
Releasing February 11, 2025
Aiden Valentine has a secret: heโs fallen out of love with love. And as the host of Baltimoreโs romance hotline, thatโs a bit of a problem. But when a young girl calls in to the station asking for dating advice for her mom, the interview goes viral, thrusting Aiden and Heartstrings into the limelight.
Lucie Stone thought she was doing just fine. She has a good job; an incredible family; and a smart, slightly devious kid. But when all of Baltimore is suddenly scrutinizing her love lifeโor lack thereofโshe begins to question if sheโs as happy as she believed. Maybe a little more romance wouldnโt be such a bad thing.
Everyone wants Lucie to find her happy endingโฆeven the handsome, temperamental man calling the shots. But when sparks start to fly behind the scenes, Lucie must make the final decision between the radio-sponsored happily ever after or the man in the headphones next to her.
Why It’s a Must-Read…
This is another new romance book release that has already captured a spot on my best romance books of 2025 list. Borison kicks off a brand new series with this romance that uses the movie, Sleepless in Seattle as its inspiration. I LOVED it. It should not be missed.
On Loverose Lane
by Samantha Young
Releasing February 20, 2025
Imagine my surprise when my new neighbor turns out to be one of Scotland’s most famous (and hottest) professional footballers, Callan Keen. I’m even more shocked to discover that the brooding player is still holding a grudge for something that happened (or didn’t happen) between us years ago.
Too busy trying to take my social media management company to the next level, I don’t have time for this gorgeous blast from the past. Or at least I shouldn’t. Yet whenever I see him, I can’t help but engage in a battle of wits with the grump upstairs.
When a huge client opportunity arises, circumstances force me to enlist Callan’s help. I require a fake date and Callan needs me to facilitate a meeting with my dad to further his own business interests.
The deal between us should be simple. Except, of course, the blazing chemistry we’ve shared since the moment we met. We can’t deny it, we can’t control it, and soon we’re agreeing to six weeks of no-strings-attached, mind-blowing, steamy shenanigans.
I told myself I was too smart to catch feelings. But when Callan finally finds out the truth about our past, he becomes the guy I used to know. And that man is way too easy to fall for.
The problem is that Callan has vowed to never let another person close enough to break his heart again.
It just might prove impossible to show my stubborn Scotsman I’m worth the risk, especially when old wounds are re-opened and threaten to wreck any chance of a future together…
Why It’s a Must-Read…
I cannot tell you how excited I was to hear that Young was launching an On Dublin Street: Next Generation series with this new romance. If you love neighbors to lovers and the grumpy sunshine trope or just loved On Dublin Street, this is the book for you.

The Charlie Method
by Elle Kennedy
Releasing February 25, 2025
College senior Charlotte Kingston is living two livesโand she’s nailing both of them. By day, she’s the perfect sorority girl, a STEM student in biomedical engineering, and the adopted daughter of an overachiever family. At night, she’s Charlie: a risk-taking daredevil looking for fun who finds herself chatting on a dating app with two anonymous hotties.
Will Larsen may seem like the breezy boy next door, but his congressman father is a constant thorn in his side. After a scandal hits another Division 1 hockey program, Will’s dad is determined to distance his son from it, hiring a journalist to prove how squeaky-clean Will and his team are. Which means the last thing Will wants is for anyone to find out he and his best friend Beckett Dunneโa laidback Aussie shielding secret heartacheโsometimes share girls in the bedroom.
When Charlie finally meets them in person and realizes she’s been chatting with two gorgeous Briar U hockey players, things get steamyโfast. But all their messy secrets are piling up, and real life soon threatens to shatter the fantasy. With Charlie, Will, and Beckett all coming to terms with what they want and what others want for them, difficult decisions will need to be made. Especially when lust starts to look a lot like love.
Why It’s a Must-Read…
Elle Kennedy is my go-to author for new adult romance and ever since I learned about Will and Beckettโs kink to share I have been counting down the minutes for this book!
Story of My Life
by Lucy Score
Releasing March 11, 2025
Hazel Hart was a successful romance novelist until a breakup drives her straight into writerโs block. Having failed (and failed some more) to deliver her new manuscript, sheโs hiding from the world behind a wall of old takeout containers until her publisher lays down the law. If she misses her next deadline, itโs The End.
Desperate for inspiration, Hazel impulse-buys a historic home online and flees Manhattan to tiny Story Lake, PA. Upon her dramatic arrivalโinvolving an incident with a bald eagleโshe discovers the charm of her new home may have been slightly exaggerated.
The house is a wreck and the town is struggling after their biggest employer shut down. Also, since her raccoon-infested home came with a seat on the town council our introverted heroine is stuck with a front row seat to all the small-town shenanigans.
But Hazel isnโt worried. Not since all six-feet-three inches of grouchy contractor Campbell Bishop slapped a bandage on her forehead and unintentionally inspired the heck out of her. Thereโs only one thing to do: Hire Cam and his equally gorgeous brothers to renovate her new spider museumโฆerโฆhouse.
Okay two things. A fake date for โresearch purposesโ will really put her work-in-progress on track. Before Hazel knows it, sheโs writing a romance novel and living one. At least until the drywall dust settles, the town sheโs falling in love with faces bankruptcy, and growly Cam remembers why he canโt live happily ever after.
Why It’s a Must-Read…
I am so ready for Lucy Score to wow me with this new romance book that kicks off a brand new series since Iโm still on a high from her Knockemout series. This sounds like another small town romance with a grumpy hero to swoon over and Iโm all for it.
Just Our Luck
by Denise Williams
Releasing March 25, 2025
Sybil Sweet has always been lucky, but lately she canโt catch a break. After years of bouncing from job to job in search of something that feels right and from man to man in search of something special, Sybil is worried that sheโs the directionless, floundering daughter her family thinks she is.
All she really wants now is a little financial stability and carb comfort. Lucky for her, sheโs got just enough in the bank to buy a lottery ticket, and the late-night donut store is open.
Kieran Anderson put his dreams of becoming a doctor on hold to take over running his familyโs bakery, and after fighting a losing battle to save the place, heโs exhausted, broke, and no closer to getting back to school. But when a whirlwind of a woman sweeps in late one night, flirty energy gives way to moreโฆuntil she runs out the next morning, leaving behind her winning lottery ticket.
Lucky for Kieran, his attempt to return the ticket looks like a grand romantic gesture and goes viral, sending sales through the roof. In an effort to keep the store afloat and to convince Sybilโs family she can make good relationship choices, they agree to fake a relationship for three months. Even with hundreds of millions of dollars, finding each other might end up being the sweetest bit of luck for both of them.
Why It’s a Must-Read…
I just love the cover of this new romance book and hope that itโs focus on winning the lottery will rub off on me ๐. Plus, with the addition of the fake relationship romance, it sounds super cute.

Say Youโll Remember Me
by Abby Jimenez
Releasing April 1, 2025
There might be no such a thing as a perfect guy, but Xavier Rush comes disastrously close. A gorgeous veterinarian giving Greek god vibesโall while cuddling a tiny kitten? Immediately yes. That is until Xavier opens his mouth and proves that even sculpted gods can say the absolute wrong thing. Like, really wrong.
Of course, thereโs nothing Samantha loves more than proving an asshole wrong. . . unless, of course, he can admit he made a mistake. But after one incredible and seemingly endless dateโpossibly the best in living historyโSamantha is forced to admit the truth, that her family is in crisis and any kind of relationship would be impossible. Samantha begs Xavier to forget her. To remember their night together as a perfect moment, as crushing as that may be.
Only no amount of distance or time is nearly enough to forget that something between them. And the only thing better than one single perfect memory is to make a lifeโand even a loveโworth remembering.
Why It’s a Must-Read…
I know to increase my tissue order come April because Abby Jimenez always brings me to tears with her incredible romances. Iโm already tearing up knowing Samantha and Xavier are so meant for each other and yet will be forced apart. Is it April yet?
Wild and Wrangled
by Lyla Sage
Releasing April 15, 2025
Camille Ashwood had always loved a plan. Her latest was her best yet. She was going to get married so she could secure her daughterโs future, get her overbearing parents off her back, and finally start building her own life in small town Meadowlark, Wyoming. Easy, right?
But when her groom doesnโt show up to the wedding, Camโs life is turned upside downโshe doesnโt even have a place to live. That is, until she finds out the house sheโs loved since high school is available to rent. Thereโs only one problem: the neighbor.
Dusty Tucker has spent nearly all of his adult life running. Running from what, though? More like who: Cam Ashwood. But ever since he returned home last year, the girl who was his first, well, everything has become a woman seemingly determined to keep him at armโs length. And he was okay with thatโat least, thatโs what he kept telling himself.
She was getting married, after all. But now sheโs single and living next door. Dusty wants to show her that they can be friends, and that he can stay put.
Despite her best attempts to stay far away from Dusty Tucker, Cam realizes that being close to him is like slipping on her favorite jeans. Easy. Comfortable. That is until past wounds start to open and feelingsโboth old and newโwreak havoc. Nearly ten years after they first met, Dusty and Cam begin to wonder if their first love can also be their last. And this time, will it be forever?
Why It’s a Must-Read…
Iโm already devastated that this new romance book will bring the Rebel Blue series to and end but I have a feeling itโs going to rival Lost and Lassoed as my favorite. Iโm so desperate for Dusty and Camโs happily ever after, knowing their history and his tattoo! Itโs a second chance romance not to miss.
Great Big Beautiful Life
by Emily Henry
Releasing April 22, 2025
Alice Scott is an eternal optimist still dreaming of her big writing break. Hayden Anderson is a Pulitzer-prize winning human thundercloud. And theyโre both on balmy Little Crescent Island for the same reason: To write the biography of a woman no one has seen in yearsโor at least to meet with the octogenarian who claims to be the Margaret Ives. Tragic heiress, former tabloid princess, and daughter of one of the most storied (and scandalous) families of the 20th Century.
When Margaret invites them both for a one-month trial period, after which sheโll choose the person whoโll tell her story, there are three things keeping Aliceโs head in the game.
One: Alice genuinely likes people, which means people usually like Aliceโand she has a whole month to win the legendary woman over.
Two: Sheโs ready for this job and the chance to impress her perennially unimpressed family with a Serious Publication.
Three: Hayden Anderson, who should have no reason to be concerned about losing this book, is glowering at her in a shaken-to-the core way that suggests he sees her as competition.
But the problem is, Margaret is only giving each of them pieces of her story. Pieces they canโt swap to put together because of an ironclad NDA and an inconvenient yearning pulsing between them every time theyโre in the same room.
And itโs becoming abundantly clear that their storyโjust like the tale Margaretโs spinningโcould be a mystery, tragedy, or love balladโฆdepending on whoโs telling it.
Why It’s a Must-Read…
Who wonโt be reading Emily Henryโs new romance book this year is more the question than who will because EVERYONE will be picking up this rivals to lovers romance. Iโm getting some Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo vibes and love that it will weave in Margaretโs story as well.
Rewind It Back
by Liz Tomforde
Now Releasing May 20, 2025
Why It’s a Must-Read…
OMG, OMG, OMG we are finally getting Rioโs story! Just as I didnโt need Play Alongโs book cover or book summary to put it on my most anticipated romance books of 2024 list, I donโt need either of those things for this book either. Rio has been such a fun character to enjoy and root for and I cannot wait to see who Liz pairs him with in this new hockey romance.!
Severed Heart
by Kate Stewart
Releasing April 29, 2025
Once upon a timeโฆThere lived an ambitious boy determined to become a man before his time. And a woman, and battered soldier who recognized the scars that marred his soulโscars which mirrored her own.
Determined to help shape the warrior within him, it was their inexplicable bond that would forever alter his heart. And the loss of that love that would redefine his destiny. After all, nothing has ever been fair in love and war.
Why It’s a Must-Read…
Finally peopleโฆ.itโs comingโฆ.Tylerโs story. Everyone who has fallen down the rabbit hole of the Ravenhood series better have this on their TBR list because itโs a must read. Oh how I love my Ravens and I cannot wait to read this prequel story and then Birds of a Feather which will release in December to learn steals Tylerโs heart.
One Golden Summer
by Carly Fortune
Releasing May 6, 2025
I never anticipated Charlie Florek.
Good things happen at the lake. Thatโs what Aliceโs grandmother says, and itโs true. Alice spent just one summer there at a cottage with Nan when she was seventeenโitโs where she took that photo, the one of three grinning teenagers in a yellow speedboat, the image that changed her life.
Now Alice lives behind a lens. As a photographer, sheโs most comfortable on the sidelines, letting other people shine. Lately though, sheโs been itching for something more, and when Nan falls and breaks her hip, Alice comes up with a plan for them both: another summer in that magical place, Barryโs Bay. But as soon as they settle in, their peace is disrupted by the roar of a familiar yellow boat, and the man driving it.
Charlie Florek was nineteen when Alice took his photo from afar. Now heโs all grown upโa shameless flirt, who manages to make Nan laugh and Alice long to be seventeen again, when life was simpler, when taking pictures was just for fun. Sun-slanted days and warm nights out on the lake with Charlie are a balm for Aliceโs soul, but when she looks up and sees his piercing green gaze directly on her, she begins to worry for her heart.
Because Alice sees peopleโthatโs why she is so good at what she doesโbut sheโs never met someone who looks and sees her right back.
Why It’s a Must-Read…
Charlieโs getting his own happily-ever-after! If you read Every Summer After then youโve already met Charlie and Iโm already loving Alice for him. This is going to be a must-read this summer.
What Happens in Amsterdam
by Rachel Lynn Soloman
Releasing May 6, 2025
Dani Dorfman has somehow made it to her thirties without knowing what she wants to do with her life. So when an office romance ends poorly and gets her fired, she applies for a job in Amsterdam, idly dreaming of escaping the mess sheโs created, but never imagining she’ll actually get it.
Except she does. By the end of her first week in Amsterdam, sheโs never felt more adrift or alone. Then she crashes her bike into her high school ex-boyfriendโand suddenly life is blooming with new opportunities.
Wouter van Leeuwen was a Dutch exchange student Daniโs family hosted, a forbidden love that ended in a painful breakup. Years later, thereโs still sizzling chemistry between them, and okay, maybe a little animosity.
More importantly, Wouter needs to be married to inherit a gorgeous family home on a canalโand when Dani’s job falls apart, she needs a visa. As the marriage of convenience pushes them together in unexpected ways, Dani must decide whether her new life is yet another mistakeโor if it’s worth taking a risk on a second chance.
Why It’s a Must-Read…
I adore Rachel Lynn Solomanโs writing and this new romance book sounds super unique โ setting up a modern marriage of convenience romance. I love how itโs also a bit of a second chance romance since Wouter was a foreign exchange student too.
Canโt Get Enough
by Kennedy Ryan
Releasing May 13, 2025
Sheโs a woman with goals, dreams, ambitionsโalways striving upward. And in the midst of everything, she’s facing her toughest challenge yet: caring for an aging parent.
Who has time for romance? From her experience, there’s a low ROI on relationships. She hasn’t met the man who can keep up with her anyway. Until…him.
Tech mogul Maverick Bell is a dilemma wrapped in an exquisitely tailored suit and knee-melting charm. From their first charged glance at the summer’s hottest party, Hendrix feels like sheโs met her match. Only he canโt be.
Mav may be the first to make her feel this seen and desired and appreciated, but heโs the last one she can have. Forbidden fruit is the juiciest, and this man is off limits if she plans to stay the course sheโs set for herself.
But when Maverick gives chaseโpursuing her, spoiling her, understanding herโis it time to let herself have something more?
Why It’s a Must-Read…
I am beyond ready for Hendrixโ story in this new romance book but Iโll be sad to see the Skyland series come to an end with it. Kennedy has dazzled with this series and Iโm hoping that the storyline includes more about her mother.
The Love Haters
by Katherine Center
Releasing May 20, 2025
Katie Vaughn has been burned by love in the pastโnow she may be lighting her career on fire. She has two choices: wait to get laid off from her job as a video producer or, at her coworker Coleโs request, take a career-making gig profiling Tom โHutchโ Hutcheson, a Coast Guard rescue swimmer in Key West.
The catch? Katieโs not exactly qualified. She canโt swimโbut fakes it that she can. Plus: Cole is Hutchโs brother. And they donโt get along. Next stop paradise!
But paradise is messier than it seems. As Katie gets entangled with Hutch (the most scientifically good looking man she has ever seen . . . but also a bit of a love hater), along with his colorful Aunt Rue and his rescue Great Dane, she gets trapped in a lie. Or two.
Swim lessons, helicopter flights, conga lines, drinking contests, hurricanes, and stolen kisses ensueโalong with chances to tell the truth, to face old fears, and to be truly brave at last.
Why It’s a Must-Read…
Katherine Center wrote one of my favorite romance books of 2024 and Iโm already loving the set up for this new romance. She told us about shadowing the Coast Guard rescue swimmers when she joined the She Reads Romance Books Book Club last year and I cannot wait to see how she brings it all to light.
Left of Forever
by Tarah DeWitt
Releasing May 20, 2025
This time, they’ll get it right.
Wren and Ellis Byrd fell in love as kids, had their son Sam when they were only teenagers, and built a life together in the coastal town of Spunes, Oregon. They were made for one anotherโฆuntil they fell apart.
Now divorced and in their 30s, Wren runs the bakery in town, while Ellis works as a firefighter. They live separate lives, though they are hardly off each otherโs minds.
When Sam gets accepted into college and the pair help him move in together, Ellis convinces Wren to take an extended road trip back to Spunes with him to see if they can give their relationship one last chance.
Amid the gorgeous scenery of the California coastline, dreamy destinations, and a great deal of long-yearned-for proximity, Wren starts to think it just might be possible. But the two still have to contend with their tumultuous past in order to move forward. And when spoken words fail, sometimes the written word must bridge the gap. Will they make the most of whatโs left of forever? Or will they let each other go for good?
Why It’s a Must-Read…
It is really hard to pick the one book Iโm most looking forward to reading in 2025 but this one rivals all the others. Wren and Ellis made just a few cameos in Savor It but those moments alone had me clamoring for more of these two. I need their happily ever after like it was yesterday and hope that this will be such a satisfying second chance romance.
Itโs a Love Story
by Annabel Monaghan
Releasing May 27, 2025
Rules for growing up in Hollywood: Love is a lie. Laughter is the only truth.
Jane Jackson spent her adolescence as “Poor Janey Jakes,” the barbecue-sauce-in-her-braces punch line on America’s fifth-favorite sitcom. Now sheโs trying to be taken seriously as a Hollywood studio executive by embracing a new mantra: Fake it till you make it.
Except she might have faked it too far. Desperate to get her first project green-lit and riled up by pompous cinematographer and onetime crush Dan Finnegan, she claimed that she could get mega popstar Jack Quinlan to write a song for the movie. Jack may have been her first kissโand greatest source of shameโbut she hasnโt spoken to him in twenty years.

Why It’s a Must-Read…
Iโve become obsessed with Annabel Monghanโs writing because she creates the most amazing characters who you canโt help but fall for. I love that sheโs taking us back to Hollywood and now the music industry in this new romance that I know will be a favorite of 2025.
Seven Year Itch
by Amy Daws
Releasing June 17, 2025
I might look like a tall, tattooed, bearded neanderthal…but like an onion, I have layers. Swipe right if you like a proud cat daddy who catches feelings after direct eye contact.
All I wanted was a casual plus-one to my brother’s destination wedding, but those idiots on my family tree hacked my dating profile and sabotaged my quest for the perfect weekend fling. Now I’m stuck on a tropical vacation with only my hand to keep me company.
Until Iโm forced to share a room with the bane of my existence: my sister-in-lawโs best friend.
Dakota has hated me for the past seven years. I wasnโt losing much sleep over her screaming rants because she was some other guyโs problem. Or she was, until she got divorced.
Being stuck in paradise with a woman who loathes your very existence doesn’t sound hot, but after an unexpected moment in our shared palapa, she starts screaming at me in a different way.
What happens in paradise stays in paradise. That is, until Dakota shows up on my mountain with a proposition: be her wingman to help her regain her pre-divorce confidence. Suddenly, Dakotaโs not just person I love to fight with. Sheโs the woman I want everything with.
Why It’s a Must-Read…
I fell in love with Calder after reading Nine Month Contract and I cannot wait to get his story and his brotherโs in 2025 for my mountain man fix. Plus, I adore enemies to lovers romance books and I know that he loves to frequent a particular kind of club which is going to make things fun and spicy! LOVE this cover too.
Well, Actually
by Mazey Eddings
Releasing August 5, 2025
Eva Kitt never expected to be the host of Sausage Talk, interviewing B-list celebrities over lukewarm hot dogs, instead of pursuing the journalism career she dreamed of. But when Evaโs impromptu public call out of her college ex goes viral, sheโs thrust into the spotlight. It doesnโt help said ex is Rylie Cooper, a beloved social media personality that has built a platform on deconstructing toxic masculinity and teaching men how to be good partners.
Forced to confront Rylie on a live episode of Sausage Talk, he offers Eva a deal: allow him to take her on a series of dates to make up for his toxic behavior, then debrief them on his channel to show heโs changed.
Eva refuses to play nice, but agrees to the scheme to advance her own career and continue defaming Rylieโs good name. When these manufactured dates start to feel real, Eva has to wonder if the boy that broke her heart has become the man that might heal it.
Why It’s a Must-Read…
I cannot wait to read this new romance book that brings two exes back together in such a fun and cute way. I love how Mazey is using pop culture as inspiration for this story. Bring on the Sausage Talk!
