I also cannot wait to check out Nikki Payne’s modern, Pride and Prejudice retelling.

The Most Anticipated New Romance Books Coming This November
A Very Merry Bromance
by Lyssa Kay Adams
A Second Chance Christmas Romance
Releasing November 1, 2022
Country music’s golden boy Colton Wheeler felt the most perfect harmony when he was with Gretchen Winthrop. But for her, it was a love him and leave him situation.
It’s hard for immigration attorney Gretchen not to feel a little Scrooge-ish about the excess of Christmas.
So when her estranged, wealthy family reaches out with an offer that will allow her to better serve the community, she’s unable to say no.
She just needs to convince Colton to be the new face of her family’s whiskey brand.
Colton agrees to consider Gretchen’s offer in exchange for three dates before Christmas.
With the help of the Bromance Book Club, Colton throws himself into the task of proving to her there’s a spark between them.
But Gretchen and Colton will both need to overcome the ghosts of Christmas past to build a future together.
I just love the setup of this series where men read romance books! It’s always fun to return to the Bromance Book Club, especially if I’m finally getting Colton’s story!
If you’re reading to dive into some Christmas romance books, this is a great pick.
Princess and the Player
by Ilsa Madden-Mills
A Surprise Pregnancy Romance
Releasing November 8, 2022
Levelheaded Francesca Lane never thought she’d miss her own wedding.
But when her fiancé betrays her, she puts on her wedding dress and ditches the altar for a masquerade ball—at an exclusive lifestyle club.
There, she meets unknown-to-her NFL star Tuck Avery, dressed as a prince and hiding behind a mask—he’s there to celebrate his birthday.
For one night, Francesca and Tuck indulge in a wickedly incognito affair. No names. No strings. And the masks don’t come off.
Unfortunately, Francesca realizes quickly that her masked prince is the wealthy jock who lives in the penthouse of her apartment building, so she vows to keep Tuck from recognizing her.
But fate has a teeny-tiny trick up her sleeve…a plus sign on a pregnancy test. Can this tormented prince accept love, or will he push his princess away forever?
I don’t read a lot of surprise pregnancy romances but this sports romance sounds too cute to pass up.
I adore their meet-cute set up at a masquerade ball, and I love the neighbors to loves angle that follows.
I’m hoping Tuck really surprises me in his response to Francesca’s news!
Better Than Fiction
by Alexa Martin
A Contemporary Romance

As a self-proclaimed book hater, Drew Young didn’t anticipate inheriting her grandma’s bookstore, the Book Nook and she’s way over her head.
Bestselling author Jasper Williams is a hopeless romantic. When he meets Drew at his Book Nook signing event, he becomes determined to show her the beauty of reading.
He curates a book bucket list in exchange for her help exploring the local Denver scene for his current manuscript.
From going river rafting to trying local restaurants, Drew begins to connect with Jasper in a way she only thought happened in fiction.
When messy family ties jeopardize the future of the Book Nook, Drew is caught between a bookshelf and a hard place.
But Jasper is the plot twist she never saw coming and he’s writing a happily ever after just for them.
A hopeless romantic who helps a woman find a love of books. Yes, sign me up please.
I love romance books that feature authors and book stores and this one has both!
I can’t wait to see what Martin does in this romance which is a bit different from her sports romance series. I’m all in on this one.

This Woman
by Jodi Ellen Malpas
A BDSM Romance
Releasing November 15, 2022
Jesse Ward has stumbled through life drinking and indulging himself within the rooms of his high-class “adult” club, The Manor, numbing himself to the pain, grief, and guilt of his wrongs.
Pleasure and alcohol are how he survives until Ava O’Shea strolls into his office and knocks him back with her breathtaking beauty, ambition, and drive.
It only takes one look into her eyes, one touch of her skin, and one word murmured, before his heart is kick-started, offering him something he never thought possible.
Women never reject Jesse Ward. All except the one woman who unwittingly becomes his obsession and the only thing that can keep him from the brink of self-destruction.
He needs Ava and will do anything to have her. Even hide every last skeleton in his large closet. Because the truth could destroy them both.
Ten years after publishing This Man, Malpas is bringing us Jesse’s point of view in This Woman.
If you liked the heat in her first book, then I’m sure you’ll love this BDSM romance.
Ship Wrecked
by Olivia Dade

Maria’s one-night-stand just reappeared as her Gods of the Gates co-star, and they’re about to spend the next six years filming on a desolate Irish island together.
She still wants him, but he now wants nothing to do with her.
Peter knows this role could finally transform his career, and he won’t sabotage it for a woman who’s already walked away from him once.
For years, they don’t touch off-camera until their last night of filming, and all their pent-up desire ignites into renewed passion.
Too bad they still don’t have a future together, heading to opposites parts of the world. But Peter is determined to change her mind, and he’s spent the last six years waiting. Watching. Wanting.
His shipwrecked Swede doesn’t stand a chance.
OMG, the tension that I can already feel from just reading this book blurb!
Man….six years holding back is a LONG time and I hope their last night of filming only has me wanting more for these two.
A Light in the Flame
by Jennifer L. Armentrout
A Fantasy Romance
Releasing November 15, 2022
The truth about Sera’s plan is out, shattering the fragile trust forged between her and Nyktos. Surrounded by those distrustful of her, all Sera has is her duty.
She will do anything to end Kolis, the false King of Gods, and his tyrannical rule of Iliseeum, thus stopping the threat he poses to the mortal realm.
Nyktos has a plan, though, and as they work together, the last thing they need is the undeniable, scorching passion that continues to ignite between them.
Sera cannot afford to fall for the Primal, not when a life no longer bound to a destiny she never wanted is more attainable than ever.
But as Sera begins to realize that she wants to be more than a Consort in name only, the danger surrounding them intensifies.
The Primal power of Life is growing inside her, pushing her closer to the end of her Culling. And without Nyktos’s love—an emotion he’s incapable of feeling—she won’t survive her Ascension.
That is if she even makes it to her Ascension and Kolis doesn’t get to her first. Because time is running out. For both her and the realms.
Honestly, I don’t think I have a choice but to read this one because I’ve been hooked on the From Blood and Ash series as well as this companion series since it started.
I loved Nyktos in A Shadow in the Ember and I am so excited to get more of his story with Sera.
Before I Let Go
by Kennedy Ryan
A Contemporary Romance
Releasing November 15, 2022
Their love was supposed to last forever. But when life delivered blow after devastating blow, Yasmen and Josiah Wade found that love alone couldn’t solve or save everything.
It couldn’t save their marriage.

OMG, I am so excited for this novel. Ryan is a fantastic author and I cannot wait to see how she makes me feel for this couple.
There just aren’t enough romance books about married couples so I’m glad she’s carving space in this trope. I see a list coming….My Review.
Pride and Protest
by Nikki Payne
A Modern Retelling Romance
Releasing November 15, 2022
Liza B.—the only DJ who gives a jam—wants to take her neighborhood back from the soulless property developer dropping unaffordable condos on every street corner in DC.
But her planned protest at a corporate event takes a turn after she mistakes the smoldering-hot CEO for the waitstaff.
When they go toe-to-toe, the sparks fly—but her impossible-to-ignore family thwarts her every move. Liza wants Dorsey Fitzgerald out of her hood, but she’ll settle for getting him out of her head.
As the adopted Filipino son of a wealthy white family, Dorsey’s always felt a bit out of place and knows a fraud when he sees one.
But when Liza’s protest results in a viral meme, their lives are turned upside down, and Dorsey comes to realize this irresistible revolutionary is the most real woman he’s ever met.
This book had me at modern Pride and Prejudice retelling. I just love the iconic love story and am SO psyched about the direction Payne is taking with it with this romance.
Two Wrongs Make a Right
by Chloe Liese
An Opposites Attract, Fake Relationship Romance
Releasing November 22, 2022
Jamie Westenberg and Bea Wilmot have nothing in common except a meet-disaster and the mutual understanding that they couldn’t be more wrong for each other.
But when the people closest to them play Cupid and trick them into going on a date, Jamie and Bea realize they have something else in common after all—an undeniable need for revenge.
Soon their plan is in place: Fake date obnoxiously and convince the meddlers they’re madly in love.
Then, break up spectacularly and dash everyone’s hopes, putting an end to the matchmaking madness once and for all.
To convince everyone that they’ve fallen for each other, Jamie and Bea will have to nail the performance of their lives.
But as their final act nears and playing lovers becomes easier than not, they begin to wonder: What if Cupid’s arrow wasn’t so off the mark? And what if two wrongs do make a right?
This sounds like a fantastic, fake relationship where the joke is on Jamie and Bea who just want to shut their families’ matchmaking down.
I’m not a Shakespeare fan but I’m definitely on board for this reimagining of Much Ado About Nothing.
The Summer We Surrendered
by Victoria Denault
A Friends to Lovers, MM Romance
Releasing November 23, 2022
No one has ever made me feel the things I feel when I’m with Abbott Barlowe – good and bad.
Since we were kids he’s been perfect. Good at everything, especially knowing exactly where, and how, I want to be touched.
But it turns out I’m better at one thing – coming out.
So, it doesn’t matter that he just got traded, and he’s back in town permanently.
I didn’t leave my wife, and toss my entire family into the Ocean Pines gossip mill so that I could end up in a secret relationship.
But when he shows up on my doorstep, I’m not telling him to leave.
Denault has become a new favorite author of mine and I’m so excited to finally get Declan’s story in this gay romance.
It’s been brewing for a while in her Ocean Pines series so I’m hoping it delivers.

SO MANY BOOKS SO LITTLE TIME… and these sound so amazing (thanks for sharing!) I am always on the hunt for new romance (historical, erotic, clean, second-chance, anything & everything). I am happy I found this blog.
If you’re looking for a romance novel that will have you eagerly turning pages, then consider picking up a copy of Awake (Book #1 of the Midlife Romance Series) by Lisa Battalia. It begins with the main character, Lori, struggling in the aftermath of her husband’s desertion. Lori is closed off and unwilling to let anyone else into her life, until she reconnects with old beau Brandon. Brandon ignites a passion in Lori that she never knew existed, and she begins to discover her own sexual power. The novel follows their erotic and emotional journey as they explore their new relationship. It was a super steamy, fun and empowering read with a realistic storyline.
Happy Holidays and Happy Reading!
I’m so excited to read this one. It’s wonderful!!
