Best Romance Series to Get Your Binge-Read On
The Winston Brothers Series
by Penny Reid
It was a toss-up between the Winston Brothers series and the Knitting in the City series as to which is the best series by Penny Reid. Both are epic series, but I went with the Winston Brothers because it starts with a crossover book from Knitting in the City.
Youโll fall in love with each of the Winston brothers, these amazing bearded men of Tennessee, who each have their own amazing love stories but woven through all is a family story that reaches its epic conclusion in book 7.
I was so devastated to read the last book and say goodbye to this family BUT you actually wonโt have to.
The Penny Reid Universe and her world of Green Valley has expanded into MANY books in the Smartypants Romance book series so youโll just have to jump on those after finishing this series!
I’m also hoping that this series is made into a romance book TV show one day.
The Elements Series
by Brittainy C. Cherry
Next up is a series with a bit of angst along with heart. These stories will tug at your heartstrings and may even cause some tears (yep, they made me ugly cry) but they are so, so good! If you like romance books with wounded heroes then youโll want to check out this series.
Lucky Harbor Series
by Jill Shalvis
After a series that provides a bit of angst, youโll want to read a feel-good romance series and the Lucky Harbor series fits the bill.
Jill Shalvis has a bunch of great books and I have read through almost her whole library.
This series is a mix of stories featuring characters who all live in the same town and they are a great mix of story, heart, and a bit of steam.
On Dublin Street Series
by Samantha Young
I live in the U.S. but I love to read romance books that take place in other countries, plus Iโm a sucker for a Scottish romance hero so Samantha Youngโs books always hit the right spot for me.
Her On Dublin Street series is a popular series for good reason because they are so well written and feature some great characters. Jocelyn and Braden are great, but I also really love Olivia and Nate.
This series takes place in Scotland and follows a core group of friends as they find love. Youโll love this romance series plus all the novellas along with it.
Royally Series
by Emma Chase
Another love of mine are royal romances. Why? Iโm not really sure. Maybe itโs the whole idea of having my own Cinderella-type story romance but no one does royals better than Emma Chase in the Royalty series.
Each book is just so incredibly good as we follow this royal family. You get the elder son who falls for an American, the reluctant king who decides to go on a reality TV show, a bodyguard who falls for the one he protects, plus a fantastic prequel.
The Wallflowers Series
by Lisa Kleypas
If youโre going to go back in time with a historical romance, youโll want Lisa Kleypas to lead you.
Her Wallflowers series is so fantastic, following a fantastic group of four women who didnโt think favorable matches in marriage were in the plans for them.
If you love this series, youโll want to check out Kleypasโ Ravenels series next then check out my book list of even more historical romance series!
The Beautiful Series
by Christina Lauren
Romance authors love the office setting and the Beautiful series features some alpha males in New York City who are brought to heel by some talented women.
This series is what made me fall for this writing duo because the stories were intriguing and the characters unforgettable.
I loved reading about each of these bad boys and seeing what made them tick.
Bad Habit Series
by J.T. Geissinger
Not only am I a fan of office romances, but I also devour rock star romance books too. Who doesnโt?!
Of course, I have an entire book list of my favorite rock star romance book series, but the Bad Habit Series by Geissinger is one of the best.
Each of these rocker boys are struggling with a big burden and man did these books make me feel all the feels. Plus, their better halves are awesome in their own right.
I loved each of these books so much and I think you will too.
Wicked Horse Vegas Series
by Sawyer Bennett
This series is for the erotic romance fans, but even if you arenโt a fan or are new to the genre I suggest you check it out.
Each book explores a new couple but you may see a few familiar faces from book to book – all who happen to meet or spend time at The Wicked Horse Club in Las Vegas.
Not all of the books explore kink (though some do) but they all explore how physical intimacy is a vehicle that brings these couples together in some way. They are great stories and oh so hot!
Off-Campus Series
by Elle Kennedy
Fans of new adult romance and college romance books will want to check out the Off-Campus Series by Elle Kennedy.
Kennedy really knows how to write characters at this stage of life so well and this series follows a group of college hockey players. They are some of the best hockey romances worth reading!
More Sports Series
If you didnโt already know this about me, I love sports romance. Since I love this genre so much (and made my own best sports romance book list) I had to list a few sports romance series in this post as well because they are that good.
Brentwood Baseball Series
by Meghan Quinn
If you’re a fan of baseball romance then the Brentwood Baseball series is a must read. All of the books in the series can be read as standalones but these books follow the Brentwood baseball boys from college into the pros.
You won’t be disappointed in this series one bit.
The Pucked Series
by Helena Hunting
Helena Huntingโs Pucked series is an all-time favorite sports romance series for me and is the series of hockey romance books that made me first fall in love with this authorโs work.
The Pucked books are laugh out loud funny and yet also cover some deep topics later in the series but all are great reads.
After this series youโll also want to check out her All In hockey romance series as well!
Harris Brothers Series
by Amy Daws
I couldnโt leave a series post without mentioning the Harris brothers who all play football aka soccer!
Thereโs a common family story thatโs weaved within the Harris Brothers sports romance series and all the books are filled with great characters and Dawsโ signature witty banter that I have come to love.
Payback, Blindsided and Replay are technically standalone romances but really continue the story and focus on the Harrisโ teammates which are equally fantastic.

I’m so excited to read this one. It’s wonderful!!
The Wallflowers series has got me interested, but, I checked in the Library app that I use to check out books, holds, or even see books I am interested in. I checked, it has the 1st book there, but, didn’t find any of the other books in the series. I will try to see if I can try to ask them, if they can buy the book series so I able to read them. If so, I can’t wait to read them!
I love love The 100 series by Lara Adrian. Have you read it?
Hi Tunisa, I have not read that series yet. Thanks for the suggestion!
